Refund Policy

Cancellations must be received in writing. Cancellations received by September 30th, 2025 will be eligible for a full refund, less a $25 administration fee.

Cancellations received between October 1st and November 1st, 2025 will be entitled to a 50% refund.

No refunds will be granted after November 1st, 2025.

In all cases noted above, delegate substitution is permitted with written notice to OAPSB.
