Join our discussion group for Board members of Municipal, First Nation and OPP Detachment Boards! The Board Member Discussion Group provides an opportunity for police board members from across Ontario to discuss governance challenges, share experiences and explore emerging issues affecting police governance. Through facilitated conversation, participants examine topics such as oversight, accountability, strategic planning, community engagement, board effectiveness and governance leadership. These sessions encourage peer learning, thoughtful discussion and the exchange of practical insights that support stronger governance and informed decision-making.
